With over 26 collective years of industry experience, we know how renovation projects can impact your daily operations.  We train our workers to respect your resident's time and property.  Informing your residents of all scheduled work is imperative to a successful project.  However, we recognize that in today's economy, payroll budgets are tight.  That's why FN Contractors will provide you with sample resident notification letters, and distribute these letters for you. 

We also keep you informed by checking in with the office staff each morning as we begin the work day, and each afternoon as we end it.  Talking directly to residents is never a problem for us.  With our bachground in property management, we know what to say, and what NOT to say, and we are always grateful for the opportunity to address any concern immediately. 

Many property owners and managers are knowledgeable in paint product selections and applications.  Some are not.  Both are welcome at FN Contractors.  You can rely on our expertise and integrity as we assist you in determining the appropriate products for your project.  When paint projects fail, it is usually the result of improper product selection or application.  At FN Contractors, all surface preparation is inspected by our staff and the paint manufacturer before any top coat material can be applied.  Additional inspections are conducted ensuring the proper millage and finish are applied.  At the conclusion of the project, we will provide our Project Portfolio, complete with before-and-after photographs, draw downs, data sheets, inspection reports and warranty documents.
