It all starts with a complete, precise scope of work.  We have participated in dozens of due diligence projects over the years, and we are proficient in helping you prepare a comprehensive scope of work for your project.  Our goal is to identify all the repairs and replacements within your budget on the front end, reducing or eliminating the need for change orders during the project.  Once the project begins, we create an efficient,  systematic staging plan that is tailored to fit your operations and resident profile.  If your budget allows, we recommend that at new wood receive primer on all six sides before installation.  Keeping the staging area and jobsite clean and free of liability is job one!.   Clearly identified work sites inform your residents of hazardous areas.  Daily communication with site management eliminates confusion and conflict.
